Legal and Disclaimer
Tenby House is regulated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) who regularly visits the Home to conduct a thorough assessment of the quality of the service. A new ‘Star Ratings’ Quality Policy has been introduced to indicate the overall quality of a Home once a Key Inspection has taken place. Star Ratings are awarded to a Home based on these Key Inspections and are graded between 0 and 3 Stars. 3 Stars means the Key Inspection has judged the Home as ‘Excellent’ and the Home will then be inspected at least once every three years. 2 Stars means the Key Inspection has judged the Home as ‘Good’ and the Home will then be inspected at least once every two years. 1 Star means the Key Inspection has judged the Home as ‘Adequate’ and the Home will then be inspected at least once a year. 0 Stars means the Key Inspection has judged the Home as ‘Poor’ and the Home will have two Key Inspections every year.
